Site Assessment: We begin with a thorough assessment of the property, identifying existing utilities, access points, surface conditions, and the best approach for minimal disruption. We liase directly with the homeowner or site contact to understand their needs.
Planning & Compliance: We handle all planning, compliance, and notification processes required by local authorities or United Utilities. As WIAPS approved installers, we ensure every job is carried out to regulation standard.
Excavation & Installation: Whether it's trenchless moling or traditional dig down, we carry out the installation using the methods most efficient and non-invasive methods. Our team handles all pipework, fittings, ducting, insulation, and reconnections.
Drainage & Leak Detection: We also specialise in drainage repairs and replacement, including locating broken pipes, identifying root intrusion, and resolving foul or storm water issues. We use modern detection equipment for accurate, cost-effective solutions.
Reinstatement: Once the works are complete, we reinstate all disturbed areas - including tarmac, block paving, soil, grass, or flagging - leaving the site clean, safe, and as we found it. Or better!
Customer Aftercare: We stand by the quality of our work. All materials used including MDPE pipe and fittings are fully WRAS approved. We're also happy to provide support, documentation, or advice after the job is done, giving our customers total peace of mind.
